Vendor Application and Instructions

We wish to invite you to consider participating in the Women’s Club of Newburgh 31st Annual Crafts Show to be held on Saturday, February 22nd, 2025 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Castle High School in Newburgh, Indiana. We ask that each application be accompanied by 3 or 4 photos to enable us to jury the booths participating.  Any application submitted without pictures will NOT be considered.  Only crafters selling their own works will be eligible to participate.  No baked goods will be allowed.  A jury will view the photos and make their selection based on originality, artistic conception, and the quality of workmanship.

If you are interested in participating, please submit an application for review.  You will receive a confirmation letter or your check returned.  Cancellations risk losing their chosen booth space for the following year.  No refunds. Although many past participants will apply again, we are constantly seeking new applicants so that this year’s event will have the highest quality crafts.  Please click on the link below to get an entry form then mail your application, photos, and a check for your booth requirements to:
